The all mighty Poseidon got portrayed yet again, this time with a few sea creatures around him. The beard and hair of him got such a nice shading along with the face. It's an eyecatcher! This tattoo focuses on a big contrast between the black and grey part of th tattoo and the bright red colourfull one. It makes for an interesting visual focal point, and your eye gets instantly drawn to it. The mix between the pomegranate and the heart is not so obvious at first, because they got integrated together in a shape that looks like it could be a real fruit.

This one is for the picky ones out there. ;) Simple and clean. A thick circle that is surrounding the little plant in the desert. Th plant is instantly recognizable and the little stars and the sand tells you where this picture is located, not much more to say, but in a good way.

Minis!

Here we have a few mini tattoos. Tiny but important. Some tattoos have it, and some don't, which we are referring to are meanings behind the Tattoo. What we have experienced after the last few years is, that most of the time the small tattoos, tend to be those with meaning behind of them. Of course this is not the rule but most of the time a little script or even a little paw print let us remind us of something we love or want to achieve in our life. Therefore, it is not necessary to go big, only because it means a lot to you, not to say going big isn't the way.

This tattoo on the upper arm was a partner-tattoo with the rose on the calf. You can look up the picture if you type in the name "Artistic rose in a rough sketchy style". Both are stunning but while the other one succeeds in creativity, this one takes the win for immense prettiness! If you think about a peonie you think about its beautiful softness and delicateness. Everything got captured perfectly in the black and gray tattoo. The fine outlines and the soft shading let this tattoo stand out. Also, look at all that detail inside the flower... Stunning!

Artistic rose in a rough sketchy style

Big rose on the calf, but theres more to point out! The triangle in the background takes care of the contrast and therefore is the reason the rose pops out of the frame. The sketchy or carved style is going through the whole tattoo and is meanwhile more present than ever before. Since one rose alone couldn't fill this triangle, Luca added some leaves, a few on the upper part and a lot on the lower region of the tattoo, they fill the picture and round it all up. This old-school inspired tattoo got some pretty nice things to it. The clover is probably the most simple in this tattoo. The real star is the hand with its shading. Luca, the tattoo artist that tattooed this clean piece used a liner to create a shading made out of those small lines, for a very artistic effect.

Neotraditional raven in front of the blood moon

Ravens are symbolic for all kinds of stuff. This one is symbolic as a prime example for the neotraditional art direction seen in tattoos. The white outlines around the raven let it pop out in front of the red moon in the background. "It's dangerous to go alone! Take this" This is probably the most Iconic thing in Zelda, maybe besides Link's cap. The Triforce is the Power that connects everything and most of the time it get portrayed in goldish yellow. In this tattoo, there's a beautiful mix between bright yellowish gold and almost rusty looking colours that got mixed in the Aquarell aesthetic. These Asian symbols are placed on the calf and got surrounded by a huge load of watercolours! Very nice colours got picked for this tattoo that work together really well. The Scripting on top of the Aquarell background is well saturated with a dark black, and the fact that behind the symbols is the lightest part of the coloured background helps with the visability.
